ACCEPTANCE

Acceptance of any reservation or estimate implies that the Guest has read, understood, and accepted the present Terms and Conditions.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Requests for cancellation must be sent by e-mail to: info@boscosuitemilan.com

Standard rate:

Cancellation made up to 14 days prior to arrival (by 3:00 PM): full refund.

Cancellation made between 14 and 7 days prior to arrival (by 3:00 PM): 50% penalty.

Cancellation made within 7 days of arrival (by 3:00 PM) or in case of no-show: full charge.

Non refundable rate:

For non-refundable bookings, any change or cancellation will result in a penalty equal to 100% of the total stay.

MODIDFICATIONS OF STAYS DATE

Requests for date changes must be made exclusively by e-email to: info@boscosuitemilan.com

Date changes are subject to availability and confirmation by the property.

The price of the stay will be adjusted according to the applicable rate on the date of the modification request.

Date changes can only be requested for bookings made directly with the property (not via third-party platforms)

CHECK-IN AND PAYMENT

Check-in: from 3:00 PM | Check-out: by 11:00 AM

Within 2 days before arrival, Guests must complete the online check-in via the link sent by the property, entering the personal data of all occupants, including their IDs.

The balance of the stay (including the tourist tax and any extras) must be settled no later than 2 days before arrival. Failure to provide payment within this timeframe will result in automatic cancellation of the booking.

TOURIST TAX AND EXTRAS

The city tourist tax is equal to EUR 6.30 per night per adult (18+ years old).

The city tourist tax, as well any additional services requested during the stay, are not included in the booking price and must be paid separately.

USE OF FACILITIES

Guests have access to the exclusive gym and other amenities of the property in accordance with the rules provided at check-in. Misuse of facilities or behaviour deemed inappropriate may result in denial of access without refund.

GUEST IDENTIFICATION AND MINIMUM AGE

All Guests must present a valid government-issued identification document upon check-in.

Only Guests aged 18 years or older may be the holder of a reservation.

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY AND VISITORS

The apartment has a maximum occupancy limit of 6 Guests including children, which must be respected at all times. Visitors not included in the reservation are not permitted without prior authorization from the property.

SMOKING AND PETS POLICY

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. A penalty fee may be applied in case of violation.

Pets are not allowed unless expressly authorized by the property in writing prior to arrival.

HOUSE RULES AND QUIET HOURS

Guests are required to respect the property, the condominium, the building, and its residents:

• Parties and unapproved events in the apartment are not permitted

• Quiet hours are to be observed between 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM

LIABILITY

The property is not responsible for:

• Loss, theft, or damage of valuables left unattended in the apartment

• Personal injuries or accidents caused by improper use of facilities

• Temporary interruptions of services not directly controlled by the property (e.g. internet, electricity, water supply)

LOST AND FOUND

The property offers a Lost and Found service. Any items left behind will be stored for up to 30 days. The reception will contact the Guest to arrange collection or shipping (at the Guest’s expense).

FORCE MAJEURE

The property shall not be held liable for failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, pandemics, or interruptions of essential services.

PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION (GDPR)

All personal data provided by Guests will be processed in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable Italian legislation, solely for purposes connected to the booking and stay.

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICES

The property reserves the right to refuse services or terminate a stay without refund in case of:

• False information provided during the booking

• Inappropriate or illegal behaviour

• Non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Milan.
